Shipping policy

At Taronga Almonds we endeavour to process, pack, and despatch orders as quickly as possible.  We despatch orders Monday through to Thursday and our standard delivery time is 7 – 10 business days.

Taronga Almonds online retail store ships orders within metropolitan Adelaide at a flat of $12.95 and at a flat rate of $15.95 for the rest of Australia.  We reserve the right to update our shipping costs at any time.  For international orders please contact us on sales@tarongaalmonds.com.au.  

Our free shipping offers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers.  Gift vouchers are still valid during free shipping offers. 

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. If you created an account, you will be able to check your order in the Account section. If you have been charged for an order
but have not received a confirmation email, get in touch via info@tarongaalmonds.com.au  

Taronga Almonds uses Australia Post together with Courier Services for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia and do not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures.

Orders placed on the website only accept a single address.

If you are after a corporate order with multiple addresses, contact us via Sales@tarongaalmonds.com.au  

Please note that while most orders are ready for shipping within 1-2 business days, some orders may take additional time to prepare. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public/bank holidays. While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Taronga Almonds cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

We strongly advise against ordering and shipping chocolate products during the warmer months however should you the customer choose to do so we do not take any responsibility for melted products.  However we will do everything we can to try to ensure your chocolate products arrive in the best condition possible by means such as holding back despatch until cooler days, inserting a cooler pack and so forth.  Your chocolate products will be held in our temperature controlled rooms until cooler delivery days arrive.  Should we expect any issues we will contact you to discuss further action.
