Egyptian dukkah

This is one of Mum’s original Taronga Almonds recipes. We love it with freshly baked sourdough and a good quality local olive oil. The dukkah itself is packed full of flavour and goodness, is gluten and dairy-free, and comes with a warning: once you start eating it, you won’t want to stop!
